You can record your meetings in the Pro version of Zoom (not free). We find this a valuable tool when multiple people need to meet, but someone cannot attend. Why bother rescheduling? With Zoom, you can record the meeting and share the recording so the individual who could not attend can review the content of the meeting at a later time.
This is useful not only for general business meetings but at ZumiFi we also use this for training sessions. Recording a training session allows the person learning to go back through a review steps as needed! Bingo!
