Asana is a free task management tool and a web and mobile application, enabling teams to work together seamlessly. With Asana, each person knows what they should be doing and why. This clarity, transparency, and focus allow teams to collaborate with less friction and produce great results.
We like it because:
- Easy access via the web or from any device & it’s synchronized
- Can set recurring tasks, or one-off tasks
- Can create sub-tasks & projects
- Can share or keep projects “private.”
- Can notate comments to tasks
- Can attach documents to tasks
- Melinda uses a lot to manage meeting agendas (she has a lot to track) and “to-do’s” for various clients.
- You can also use Zapier to have all tasks synced to Google tasks and appear on the Google calendar.
