What do you appreciate most about working with Zumifi?
What I value most as a business owner is the trust I place in my team. As a founder, it’s hard to let go when dealing with financial matters, even when there are other priorities. Working with Melinda and her team lets me focus on the highest-value work for the business without worrying about our bookkeeping accuracy.
Why did you want to be an entrepreneur?
It’s probably because I’m terrible at working for other people. 🙂 Over time, I’ve found that the biggest reward is creating something out of an idea and a lot of willpower.
What is the last thing you read?
“Capitalism and Freedom” by Milton Friedman.
When you were a kid, what did you want to be when you grew up?
An archaeologist. The need to be good at languages killed that career path, though.

Independent, determined, and organized.
