A client called the other day and tried to configure a more detailed integration between QuickBooks Online and their American Express account. But American Express generated an error upon attempting the connection, stating that QBO had too many “categories” (more than 4,000). So what did our client do? I Gave ZümiFi a call.
When we reached out to our elite QBO tech support team at Intuit, they were stumped too! But with persistence, Melinda and the QBO tech support representative identified that “categories” can include accounts, classes, or customers. This particular QBO had almost 6,000 active customers showing! So the problem was identified, and from there, the options were clear. We love learning and stumping the QBO tech support team for a moment!
