A relatively new feature in Gusto is the ability to do “simple time tracking.” In addition to being an easy-to-use payroll solution, employees can log into Gusto to report their time. That time can then be approved within Gusto. Once approved, you can process payroll based on those hours with a quick click of a few buttons!
